Errors & troubleshooting

401 normally means missing or invalid credentials; 403 means access; 429 means a limit; 5xx can be temporary. Share only a timestamp, request ID, route, model and redacted error with support.

Safe operation

The console is authoritative for models and prices. Support will never need your API key, password, verification code, full private prompt or payment credentials.
